After earning her PhD in Biophysics at UCSF, Dr. Pessino went on to postdoc at the Salk Institute investigating Neurodegeneration pathways. Since then, she has embraced entrepreneurship, and specialized in the growth of young Biotech companies. Her passion lies in developing tools to help better human health.
