Nathaniel is a data and decision scientist helping teams solve problems at the intersection of analytics, data engineering, and real world health care. Currently he is the Chief Technology Officer and a co-founder at Plinth. Prior to Plinth, Nathaniel led analytics software development initiatives at the department of Quantitative Sciences at Flatiron Health and the department of Personalized Healthcare at Roche. Before transitioning to industry, he conducted academic research in judgment and decision making in Germany and Switzerland. Nathaniel is a passionate teacher and coach, having taught courses in decision making, data science, and statistical programming.
